In order to use The JA Connection website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly regarding sales, support and accounts, including Email. Any information collected by JA l Connection is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, or directly through our website.

Any details collected from JA Connection customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our staff development.

Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, Email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

JA Connection uses personally identifiable information for essential communications, such as Emails, accounts information, and critical service details. We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional Emails. If at any time a customer wishes not to receive such correspondence, they can request to be removed from any mailing lists by emailing us at sales@herbalconnection.com.au. You will be notified when your personal information is collected by any third party that is not our agent/service provider, so you can make an informed choice as to whether or not to share your information with that party.

JA Connection may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. Images online
JA Connection does it's best to match product images as closely as possible to actual products however at times images may not match product exactly. If the size and colour of your products is important to you please feel free to contact our office and ask for product specific sample images to be emailed or send via txt message.

 

Delivery Policy
Free Shipping option doesn't include express post; only regular postage is covered. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from our system containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post or Courier within 2 working days; however, if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer. If you wish to query a delivery, please contact us at jaconnect2u@gmail.com
JA Connection reserves the right to additional charges for freight if the cost to ship the order is considerably higher than the price charged to clients via the website. Customers will be given the option of a full refund or the option to pay the increased price of delivery.
JA Connection offers a Next Day pick up service. Whilst this service attracts no freight charges it does attract a Handling Fee. This handling fee covers the cost of JA Connection processing the order ahead of schedule. Should the order not be picked up the next day JA Connection will charge a handling fee of $19.00 plus freight charges to ship.
The Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 1967 covers inspection, custody, storage, repair and other treatment of goods. Under this Act, uncollected goods may be sold six months after the date on which they were ready for collection.
Uncollected orders may be charged a storage fee of $50 per month until collected.

Payment
The Customer agrees to pay all amounts due in clear funds within the agreed timeframe but no later than 30 days from the date of invoice.
The Customer agrees that if it fails to pay in accordance with this clause, the Company may:

• Charge a late payment fee of $50.00 on all amounts paid after the due date;

• Charge interest on debts at 15% per annum from time to time;

• Recover all collection and legal costs and expenses incurred in collecting overdue accounts on an indemnity basis;

• Withhold supply;

• Sue for the money owing on the Goods or services provided.

Failure to comply will constitute a breach of contract and the Company may treat the whole Agreement as repudiated and act accordingly.
In the event this agreement has been entered into by more than one party each party shall be jointly and severely liable for any amount due.
