We offer Free Shipping on orders over $100 within Australia. A flat rate of $10.00 applies on orders of less than $100. For more detailed rates, please check the information below.

We use Australia Post and our orders are dispatched from Gold Coast within 2 business days from order confirmation.

Please make sure you double check all the spelling of your personal details before confirming the order.

Refund & Returns Policy

JA Connections takes all necessary precautions when processing and picking stock we have strict quality control measures in place to help with removal of foreign bodies in our products. We are not able to guarantee that we are able to remove all. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to exercise quality control also.We do not take responsibility for products once blended or mixed.If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a Full refund within 2 days of receiving your order. Please email us at jaconnect2u@gmail.com within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, opened or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. JA Connection will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
