After many trials, we finally succeeded in blending Japanese Brand Original Earl Grey, which is made by 100% 1st flush Japanese Tea leaves. This tea has light fermentation and perfectly balanced with bergamot aroma, which makes for paring. Bitter citrus aroma, fruity flavour from Italian bergamot and rich flavour from MINORI YABUKITA Green tea produce richer and duller bodied. We recommend tea that is not only drinking with food but also sparking tea as a pre meal drink.
